AMEND by deleting the language beginning on line 103 through the word "such" on line 106 and inserting the following in lieu thereof:

"(9) The Mississippi Transportation Commission shall adopt rules and regulations with regard to the management, sale and disposal of timber on highway rights-of-way. Such"

AMEND FURTHER the title by striking lines 2 and 3 in their entirety and inserting the following in lieu thereof:

"TO REQUIRE THE MISSISSIPPI TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION TO ADOPT RULES AND REGULATIONS REGARDING THE MANAGEMENT, SALE AND DISPOSAL"
