AMEND on line 37 by deleting the second comma and the language "automated dialing machines".
AMEND FURTHER on line 139 by inserting after the period the following: "A person or entity making a telephone solicitation to a consumer in this state may not use an automated dialing system or any system that utilizes a recorded voice message to communicate to the consumer."
