AMEND line 10 by striking the underlined language through line 12 and by inserting the following language after line 12 and renumbering the succeeding subsections:

"(2) The commissioner, in his discretion, may transfer wardens, deputy wardens, division directors and superintendents of the department to any facility designated by the commissioner. This subsection (2) shall stand repealed from and after June 30, 2002."

AMEND FURTHER the title on line 2 by inserting the word "CERTAIN" after the word "TRANSFER".

AMEND FURTHER the title on line 3 by deleting the word "LOCATION" and inserting the word "FACILITY" in lieu thereof.
