AMEND by deleting the figure "(1)" on line 10 and by deleting lines 19, 116, 150, 221 and 232 in their entirety.

AMEND FURTHER the title by deleting the language beginning with the word "TO" on line 5 through the semicolon on line 6 and inserting in lieu thereof the following language: "TO DELETE THE REPEALERS ON THOSE SECTIONS;"
