House Bill NO. 464

AMEND by deleting lines 3085 through 3089 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

"SECTION 108. Section 81-14-501, Mississippi Code of 1972, which is a repealer on the statutes providing for the regulation of savings banks, is repealed."

AMEND FURTHER the title by deleting the language beginning after the word "BANKS;" on line 3 through the end of line 4 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

"TO REPEAL SECTION 81-14-501, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH IS A REPEALER ON THE STATUTES PROVIDING FOR THE REGULATION OF SAVINGS BANKS;"
