AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO PURCHASE A SCHOOL BUS AND DONATE SUCH BUS TO THE INSTITUTE OF COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, is authorized, in its discretion, to purchase a school bus and donate such bus to the Institute of Community Services, Inc., to provide transportation for disadvantaged children at such institute's Oktibbeha County facility. The amount the board of supervisors may expend for such purchase shall not exceed Thirty-five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00).

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
