AMEND line 56 by striking "eighty-five percent (85%)" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred percent (100%)".
FURTHER, AMEND line 4 of the title by inserting the following after the semicolon:
TO INCREASE THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF RETIREMENT BENEFITS THAT A MEMBER OF THE MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY SAFETY PATROL RETIREMENT SYSTEM MAY RECEIVE FROM 85% OF THE AVERAGE COMPENSATION TO 100% OF THE AVERAGE COMPENSATION;
