AMENDMENT No. 1 PROPOSED TO
Senate Bill NO. 3338

Amend by striking all after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Clarke County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute up to a maximum amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) from any available funds, during the calendar year 2000, to the Veterans Memorial Museum, Incorporated.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
