House Bill NO. 1384

AMEND by inserting the following language between lines 322 and 323, and by renumbering succeeding sections:

"SECTION 5. Sections 43-33-701 through 43-33-797 shall be repealed from and after July 1, 2003."

AMEND further the title on line 13 after the semicolon by inserting the following language: "TO PROVIDE THAT SECTIONS 43-33-701 THROUGH 43-33-797, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, SHALL BE REPEALED FROM AND AFTER JULY 1, 2003;"
