AMEND line 30 by deleting the words "resident vessels" and inserting the word "residents" in lieu thereof.

AMEND FURTHER line 33 by deleting the words "nonresident vessels" and inserting the word "nonresidents" in lieu thereof.

AMEND FURTHER lines 40 through 42 by striking in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following language: "Dollars ($400.00). If a person is on a duly licensed commercial gig fishing vessel that is engaged in commercial fishing, each person aboard must possess a commercial gig fisherman license."
