AMEND FURTHER on line 470 by striking everything after the word "in" and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "possession of the operator or is within the operator's easy reach."

AMEND FURTHER by striking lines 475 through 479 in their entirety and by relettering the succeeding paragraph.

AMEND FURTHER on lines 485 and 486 by striking the words "within the passenger area of" and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "while operating"

AMEND FURTHER on lines 486 and 487 by striking the following: "while operating or occupying the motor vehicle"

AMEND FURTHER on line 503 by striking the word "locked"

AMEND FURTHER by striking the word "or" on line 502 and by changing the period on line 504 to a semicolon and by inserting the word "or" after such semicolon.

AMEND FURTHER after line 504 by inserting the following: "(f) By a passenger in the motor vehicle defined herein."

AMEND FURTHER on line 506 by striking the word "less" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "more"
