REPORT OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEE
MR. PRESIDENT AND MR. SPEAKER:
We, the undersigned conferees, have had under consideration the amendments to the following entitled BILL:
S. B. No. 2410: Ad valorem taxes; reduce the population that a city must have to partially exempt certain structures that are 25 years or older.
We, therefore, respectfully submit the following report and recommendation:
1. That the Senate concur in House Amendment No. 1 with the following exception(s):
AMEND by striking lines 64-69, and renumbering subsequent subsections:
FURTHER AMEND the title on line 7 by striking all after the semicolon, by striking lines 8, 9 and 10 in their entirety, and on line 11 by striking all through the semicolon:
2. That the House concur in the above exception(s).
