We, the undersigned conferees, have had under consideration the amendments to the following entitled BILL:

H. B. No. 1641: Appropriation; Yellow Creek State Inland Port Authority.

We, therefore, respectfully submit the following report and recommendation:

1. That the Senate recede from its Amendment No. 1.

2. That the House and Senate adopt the following amendment:

AMEND line 11 by changing "$6,235,860.00" to "$6,281,338.00"

AMEND FURTHER line 18 by changing "$434,310.00" to "$479,788.00"

AMEND FURTHER line 26 by changing "$6,235,860.00" to "$6,281,338.00"
