AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE, FISHERIES AND PARKS TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THE SANDY CREEK WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA TO THE "HAYWARD BENTON DRANE, SR., WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA"; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks is hereby directed to change the name of the Sandy Creek Wildlife Management Area to the "Hayward Benton Drane, Sr., Wildlife Management Area."

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2000.
