A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION SUSPENDING THE DEADLINES FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE FURTHER CONSIDERATION AND PASSAGE OF SENATE BILL 3010, REGULAR SESSION OF 2000, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS 67-1-37, 67-3-31, 67-3-37 AND 67-3-75, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO EXTEND UNTIL JULY 1, 2002, THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE TAX COMMISSION AND ENFORCEMENT OFFICER OF THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL DIVISION TO ASSIST IN THE ENFORCEMENT OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW REGULATING THE SALE OF LIGHT WINE AND BEER; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES."

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, THE SENATE CONCURRING THEREIN, That the Joint Rules of the House and the Senate, including all the deadlines and other provisions imposed by Joint Rule No. 40, are suspended for the purpose of permitting the further consideration and passage of Senate Bill 3010, Regular Session of 2000, entitled "AN ACT
