AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF COVINGTON COUNTY TO DONATE A CERTAIN SUM OF MONEY TO THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF COVINGTON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Covington County, Mississippi, in its discretion, are authorized to contribute to the Boys and Girls Club of Covington County, Mississippi, from any available funds, an amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) during calendar year 2000.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
