AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF OCEAN SPRINGS TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE HURRICANE CAMILLE MEMORIAL PROJECT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, in their discretion, may contribute from any available municipal funds, an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) during calendar year 2000, to the Hurricane Camille Memorial Project.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
