AMEND line 1067 by changing the period to a comma and insert the following thereafter:

and to the extent that the authority provides telephone, telegraph and telecommunications services or any similar services in Tennessee, the authority is deemed to be a public utility subject to the jurisdiction of the Tennessee Regulatory Authority

FURTHER AMEND line 1068 by striking the words "a regulated" and insert in lieu thereof "an electric or other"

FURTHER AMEND line 1075 by inserting the following after the word "provide":

electric, telephone, telegraph, telecommunications services,
