A RESOLUTION COMMENDING VICKY GORE FOR BEING AN OUTSTANDING EDUCATOR. 

WHEREAS, Vicky Gore teaches special education at Sumrall Elementary School; and

WHEREAS, Vicky Gore has taught for thirteen years and is known for her innovative and dynamic teaching; and

WHEREAS, Vicky Gore's commitment to education and children is evident by her tutoring of students after school in addition to her other duties; and

WHEREAS, Vicky Gore is trained in both Project Read and the Association Method; and

WHEREAS, Vicky Gore has courageously continued to teach even though hindered by Multiple Sclerosis; and

WHEREAS, Vicky Gore was recognized as an Outstanding Educator by Congressman Gene Taylor; and

WHEREAS, Vicky Gore is truly a dedicated teacher who loves her students; and

WHEREAS, Vicky Gore's professional and dedicated service to her students and the teaching profession has earned her the respect of her peers; and

WHEREAS, it is the policy of the Mississippi Senate to commend the noteworthy and dedicated service of the state's citizens:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, That we commend Vicky Gore for being an outstanding educator and wish her continued success in her endeavors.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be presented to Vicky Gore.
