AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LAMAR COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE SALVATION ARMY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Lamar County, Mississippi, may, in its discretion, annually contribute to the Salvation Army, out of any available county funds, an amount not to exceed Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00).

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
