AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF COLLINS, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE AN APPROPRIATE AMOUNT FROM ANY AVAILABLE COUNTY FUNDS TO ASSIST IN THE OPERATION OF THE LOCAL BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Collins, Mississippi, are hereby authorized and empowered, in their discretion, to contribute during calendar year 1998, from any available city funds, an appropriate amount to assist in the operation of the local Boys and Girls Club.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
