AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 49-5-31, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REVISE LIST OF FEDERAL ACTS APPLICABLE TO GAME AND FISH PROTECTION CHAPTER; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. Section 49-5-31, Mississippi Code of 1972, is amended as follows:

49-5-31. The federal conservation acts for the protection of game and fish and applicable regulations * * * are hereby made a part of this chapter.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 1998.
