House Bill 1881

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL ALLOWANCE TO DEFRAY OFFICE EXPENSES OF THE COUNTY PROSECUTING ATTORNEY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, may, by resolution duly adopted and entered on its minutes, pay to the county prosecuting attorney an additional allowance, in an amount per month to be established in the discretion of the board, to defray office expenses.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
