AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HUMPHREYS COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE DIXIE YOUTH BASEBALL, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Humphreys County, Mississippi, in their discretion, may contribute funds to The Dixie Youth Baseball, Inc., out of any available funds, in an amount not to exceed One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00), during the 1998 calendar year.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
