AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF FORREST COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE BIG BROTHERS/BIG SISTERS OF SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Forrest County, Mississippi, in their discretion, may contribute funds to the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southeast Mississippi, out of any available funds, in an amount not to exceed Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00), during the 1998 calendar year.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
