AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF FORREST COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA, AND TO PROVIDE COUNTY LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT TO ASSIST IN UPGRADING AND MAINTAINING THE GROUNDS AND ROADWAYS OF CAMP TIAK IN FORREST COUNTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

 

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Forrest County, Mississippi, in their discretion, may contribute funds to the Boy Scouts of America, out of any available funds, in an amount not to exceed Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), during the 1998 calendar year.

SECTION 2. The Board of Supervisors of Forrest County, Mississippi, in their discretion, may provide county labor, materials and equipment to assist in upgrading and maintaining the grounds and roadways of Camp Tiak in Forrest County.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
