AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE TUNICA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE AARON E. HENRY COMMUNITY HEALTH CLINIC, INC., TO BE SPENT SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPORTING PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IN AND FOR THE RESIDENTS OF TUNICA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Tunica County may, in its discretion, contribute an amount of funds not to exceed Forty Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00) to the Aaron E. Henry Community Health Clinic, Inc., solely for the purpose of supporting public transportation in and for the residents of Tunica County, Mississippi.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
