AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF PANOLA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO DONATE FUNDS TO ICS HEADSTART; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Panola County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may donate funds, out of any available funds of the county, to ICS Headstart for buses and construction of a school building.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
