AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF COLLINS, MISSISSIPPI, TO DONATE FUNDS TO THE LOCAL BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Collins, Mississippi, in their discretion, may donate funds, out of any available municipal funds, not to exceed Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) during the 1998 calendar year, to the local Boys and Girls Club.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
