AN ACT TO DESIGNATE A PORTION OF MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY 43 IN RANKIN COUNTY AS THE "BOBBY MCRARY MEMORIAL DRIVE"; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. (1) That portion of Mississippi Highway 43 in Rankin County beginning at Mississippi Highway 25 and extending easterly for two (2) miles shall be known as the "Bobby McRary Memorial Drive."

(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching such highway.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 1998.
