AN ACT TO REQUIRE ALL INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING TO PLAY IN THE VETERANS MEMORIAL STADIUM IN JACKSON WHEN THEY PLAY EACH OTHER IN FOOTBALL; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning shall require that all institutions of higher learning in the State of Mississippi play in the Veterans Memorial Stadium in Jackson, Mississippi, when they play each other in football.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 1998.
