AN ACT TO PROVIDE THE RIGHT TO BE HEARD TO ALL PARTIES TO A JUDICIAL PROCEEDING OR HEARING; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. In any judicial proceeding or hearing all parties to such proceeding or hearing shall have the right to be present and to be heard regarding the subject matter of such proceeding or hearing. The parties may be heard individually or through counsel. Failure to comply with the provisions of this section shall render any decision by such proceeding or hearing null and void.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
