AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF WARREN COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE A SUM TO THE WARREN WASHINGTON ISSAQUENA SHARKEY COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY HOMELESS SHELTER; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Warren County, Mississippi, is authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to contribute to the Warren Washington Issaquena Sharkey Community Action Agency Homeless Shelter during Fiscal Year 1996-1997 a sum of money not to exceed Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), out of any available county funds.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
