AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF NATCHEZ TO ENTER INTO A MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE MUNICIPAL GOLF FACILITY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Natchez, in their discretion, may enter into a management and/or consulting agreement or other such contractual arrangements with B. & G. Golf Associates, a qualified professional golf facility management group, for the management of the municipal golf facility at Duncan Park in the City of Natchez for a term of up to ten (10) years, including any renewals.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
