AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF WARREN COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE TO KEEP VICKSBURG-WARREN BEAUTIFUL, INC.  

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Warren County, Mississippi, is hereby authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to contribute during calendar year 1997 out of any available county funds an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to support Keep Vicksburg-Warren Beautiful, Inc., in implementing and maintaining its programs of environmental education and environmental esthetics within the county.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
