AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF WARREN COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE VICKSBURG FAMILY DEVELOPMENT SERVICE, INC. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Warren County, Mississippi, is hereby authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to contribute during the 1996-1997 fiscal year to the Vicksburg Family Development Service, Inc., out of any available county funds, an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to support the community service programs of that organization.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
