AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF WARREN COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE A SUM TO THE MISSISSIPPI FOOD NETWORK; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Warren County, Mississippi, is authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to contribute to the Mississippi Food Network during fiscal year 1996-1997 a sum of money not to exceed Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), out of any available county funds.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
