AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF FORREST COUNTY TO DONATE A SUM OF MONEY TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD EDUCATION ENHANCEMENT DEVELOPMENT SERVICES (N.E.E.D.S.); AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Forrest County, Mississippi, is authorized, in its discretion, to donate a sum not exceeding Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), from any available county funds, during calendar year 1997 to the Neighborhood Education Enhancement Development Services (N.E.E.D.S.).

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
