AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF FORREST COUNTY TO DONATE A SUM OF MONEY TO THE DALE ROBERTSON CELEBRITY INVITATIONAL GOLF TOURNAMENT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Forrest County, Mississippi, is authorized, in its discretion, to donate a sum not exceeding Two Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($2,400.00), from any available county funds, during the county's 1996-1997 fiscal year to the Dale Robertson Celebrity Invitational Golf Tournament in Forrest County.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
