AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF FORREST COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE A SUM OF MONEY TO THE FORREST COUNTY AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Forrest County, in its discretion, may contribute a sum of money not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) during calendar year 1997, from any available county funds, to Forrest County Agricultural High School.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
