AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF FORREST COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE A SUM OF MONEY TO THE HATTIESBURG LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL ASSOCIATION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Forrest County, Mississippi, is authorized, in its discretion, to contribute a sum not exceeding Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), from any available county funds, during calendar year 1997, to the Hattiesburg Little League Baseball Association.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
