AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF BILOXI TO DONATE FUNDS TO THE LYNN MEADOWS DISCOVERY CENTER, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Biloxi, Mississippi, in their discretion, may donate sums of money not exceeding Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), from any available funds, to the Lynn Meadows Discovery Center, Inc., to aid in the establishment and development of a children's museum in the City of Gulfport, Mississippi.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
