AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 9-3-70, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH REQUIRES CONSIDERATION BY THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON RULES PRIOR TO MODIFICATION, AMENDMENT OR REPEAL OF ANY COURT RULE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. Section 9-3-70, Mississippi Code of 1972, which requires consideration by the Advisory Committee on Rules prior to modification, amendment or repeal of any court rule, is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
