AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 15-1-13, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH GRANTS FULL AND COMPLETE TITLE TO ANY PERSON CLAIMING TO BE THE OWNER OF LAND BY 10 YEARS OF ADVERSE POSSESSION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. Section 15-1-13, Mississippi Code of 1972, which provides that ten (10) years' actual adverse possession of land by any person claiming to be the owner shall vest full and complete title to that person, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
