AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HARRISON COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE MISSISSIPPI CHESHIRE HOMES OF HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Harrison County, Mississippi, is hereby authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to contribute up to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), from any available funds, during the 1996-1997 fiscal year to the Mississippi Cheshire Homes of Harrison County, Mississippi.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
