AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF BILOXI TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO CAMP WILKES, INCORPORATED; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Biloxi, in their discretion, may contribute to Camp Wilkes, Incorporated, out of any available funds, an amount not to exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), in the aggregate. Such contribution may be made in annual payments over three (3) fiscal years.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
