AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF BOLIVAR COUNTY TO COMPENSATE DAN HARRIS, JR., FOR WORK PERFORMED FOR THE COUNTY IN VOTING MACHINE PROGRAMMING AND CUSTODIAL WORK; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Bolivar County, in its discretion, is authorized to appropriate and pay to Dan Harris, Jr., out of any money available in the county general fund, an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Forty-eight Dollars ($448.00), as compensation for work performed for the county in voting machine programming and custodial work in connection with the November 7, 1995, General Election.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
