AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF FORREST COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE PINE BELT BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Forrest County, Mississippi, may, in its discretion, contribute to the Pine Belt Boys and Girls Club, out of any available county funds, an amount not to exceed Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) in the aggregate, during calendar year 1997.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
