AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF WARREN COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE TO KEEP VICKSBURG-WARREN BEAUTIFUL, INCORPORATED; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.  BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Warren County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute annually, out of any available county funds an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to Keep Vicksburg-Warren Beautiful, Incorporated.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
