AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF WARREN COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE VICKSBURG FAMILY DEVELOPMENT SERVICE, INCORPORATED; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Warren County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute annually on a fiscal year basis, a sum of money not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to the Vicksburg Family Development Service, Incorporated, out of any available county funds that have been appropriated for that fiscal year.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
